Short: update patch to MusicWeb first release Type: mus/midi Uploader: pete@jwgibbs.cchem.berkeley.edu Author: pete@jwgibbs.cchem.berkeley.edu The Music Web ============= -- Release 1.1 (update) -- This archive contains updated components to replace some of those in the first release of the MusicWeb. It should be unpacked in the directory to which you have previously unpacked the original (MusicWeb.lha), or otherwise copied over it. The Music Web is an extensible, interactive, graphic-diagram environment for building configurations of elements to manipulate MIDI event streams (and other data). This is an update to the first release, with a limited set of modules, including an 8SVX `instrument'. Full documentation is included in the archive. It is shareware -- suggested donation $35 US. The system requires AmigaDOS 2.04 or later to run, and really needs a fast machine to be useful. A MIDI interface connected to the Serial Port is also required, of course. This release corrects a couple of small problems in the original, and adds an `event split' feature. IMPORTANT: When unpacking this from the LHA archive, make sure that you use the `-a' option in your unpack command! If you don't, some files will have the wrong attributes, and things won't work.
